Abstract Submission

Abstract guidelines

SDT 2026 welcomes the submission of abstracts that make an original contribution to the field. All abstracts submitted will go through a blind, peer-review process carried out by an international review panel. Each abstract will be reviewed by at least two reviewers and the final selection of abstracts will be completed by members of the Abstract Review Committee.

All accepted abstracts will appear from the first day of the conference in their full form in the Session Planner, as well as in an abstract eBook shortly after the conference.

Guidelines:

  • The deadline for abstract submission is midnight Central European Time (CET) on December 11, 2025. Abstracts will not be accepted after this date.
  • All abstracts must be written in English and in “Sentence case.”
  • All abstracts must be submitted online via the registration form.
  • The text should not exceed 300 words. No tables or pictures are allowed.

With the submission of an abstract to the 2026 International Conference, the submitting author:

  • Accepts responsibility for the accuracy of the submitted abstract.
  • Confirms that all authors are aware of and agree to the content of the abstract and support the data presented.
  • The authors give permission for the abstract, when selected for presentation (oral or poster), to be published online by SDT on the conference website and in any publication related to this conference.

Rule of one: To accommodate as many presenters as we can, you will be limited to 1 presentation on which you are the 1st author. Submissions will be reviewed as soon as they are received, so send in your submission today for early consideration.
